Game progress
For registered users, we save progress with secure, anonymised identifiers. While we make reasonable efforts to preserve progress, we cannot guarantee it against technical issues or third-party disruptions.
Third-party content
Many games are provided by third-party developers (e.g. Gamezop). We don’t own or control this content and aren’t responsible for its accuracy, quality, or functionality. Third-party games may carry their own terms.

Intellectual property
All content on WebPlayz — text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and game compilations — is the property of WebPlayz or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
